Sherbondy, is a serial entrepreneur who, during the past 25 years, has provided:
- Valuation and executive management support to JNJ during ~ $350 MM company acquisitions.
- Post-acquisition business integration support.
- Leadership of teams developing integrated CRM systems for JNJ and Connaught Labs.
- Support to achieve Closure Medical's $22 MM post-IPO funding.
- Strategic plan to build Closure Medical's valuation for ~ $270 MM JNJ acquisition.
- Founding and start-up management of HyperBranch Medical Technology, Inc.
- Securing of an early-stage VC deal for $7 MM funding of HyperBranch Medical.
In addition to licensing technology patents and founding exciting life-science companies, Sherbondy has been at the leading edge of Customer Relationship Management systems for life-science companies for nearly two decades and is passionate about effectively capturing the voice-of-the-customer in support of new product development.
Conjure is currently designing and developing systems to help life-science companies better integrate voice-of-the-customer into the new product development process, critical to the design and development of successful new medical device, pharmaceutical and biotechnology products.
Sherbondy has previously been engaged as a consultant to JNJ, Astra-Merck, Merck, Chiron and other life-science leaders.
